1) Is this picture embarrassing?

I was a BIG BIG fan of the stretchy pants (note: "stretchy pants" is said like Nacho Libre in Nacho Libre. If you haven't seen it... you should watch it just for that part). I however am surprise that I wasn't wearing the stretchy pants with the foot stirrups. I had plenty of those. I love that my pants are floods. Especially because they are exposing my rolled down socks and white Ked shoes. I love the 90s!
I am pretty sure I got that turtleneck that morning from my parents. I loved wearing my new clothes up to Jinny's for Christmas breakfast. I however chose to pair said turtleneck with a sweater that is clearly 5 sizes too big for me AND a slightly different color that my pants. The colors are close enough that I clearly thought they matched. I claim I was color blind.

I love this picture. Your stretchy pants outfit is a classic, I'm sure at one point I wore something similar myself.
totally unrelated to your foxy outfit, but didn't you just love matilda when you were a kid? i vividly remember the day i finished it--i was so sad it was over that i turned back to the beginning and started again. wow. i am really really really dorky.
bless your heart!
I loved stirrups on stretchy pants. I had several pair. Best would be when you had a sweet pair of ankle boots to top the outfit off.
that outfit is perfect! I still remember my stretch pants and oversized sweaters. And I totally remember reading Matlida. Another well done Flashback Friday Natalie
Ha Ha I found you! "Do you remember that time...when the people were calling my name?" Of course you love that movie! Girl, you look good okay. Lovin' it.
That is AWESOME! I totally remember "show me the evidence~!"
i don't see what's wrong with the outfit. big sweaters? leggings? awesome!!
You were at the height of fashion in this picture. Any self respecting 10 year old in 1992 would have died to look that good!
I so look forward to your flash back Fridays! It makes me want to start my own. Let's just say I used to wear fanny packs and neon colored suspenders... The 90's were so great.
OMG - you're a book worm trying to be cool in your lil' outfit. Do you think Matilda would have spent time worrying about her stretch pants? Hell no, she wouldn't have! She was too busy making objects levitate and casting spells. Maybe if you had concentrated on that type of skill set you wouldn't be stuck working where you do.
