Thought provoking question...

If I am to get in my gym clothes and stay in them for let's say, um, three hours - but never go to the gym, can it count as working out?

A. Yes. I can even sit at home and gordge on ice cream and candy and watch hours of reality tv
B. Yes, only if I go run errands and make people think I just came from the gym
C. Maybe. It counts if my friends do it too
D. No.

I am trying to think of additional excuses. I am sure I will think of some.

This post is dedicated to my friend Brooke. Thanks for encouraging me and keeping me motivated to at least, put on my gym clothes.

three hours in your gym clothes but no gym? how quickly did you change? you may have burned off plenty of calories if you changed in a frenzy.

Sounds like Mine and Ben's Saturday. But at least we attempted to go to the gym. I think it was about 5pm before we decided maybe we should take a shower.

Sorry I'm going with D!
But you get an A for effort!

Come to my class sometime and I'll tell you... Ok, I'll just tell you now, it's pathetic. But at least you are honest with yourself, Brooke usually tells everyone she is going to the gym and then doesn't go, so she is verbally lying, as well as visually. You are just wearing gym clothes, so people can assume what they will.

I can't tell you how many times I've done that....especially these days! It's the thought that counts, right?
